Does anyone have some advice on where to buy discounted tix for Busch Gardens Williamsburg?

It looked like Groupon had half price tix available last year. I keep checking hoping they will post that deal again.

TIA for any advice!

Haven't seen any groupon deals yet, but I think someone posted recently that they were doing $80 for an unlimited pass to BG and Water Country? Looks like it runs until March 31. If you do see the groupon discount, I would suggest buying it immediately as they'll sell out really fast. I know I've also seen Groupon say the deal will be available until X date but then they will "sell out" far in advance of that date.

My kids get the two-park fun passes and I have a two-park annual pass to get free parking and save 10% on dining.

If you're just looking for one day tickets they do have deals, but that's hit or miss. Also there will be coupons floating around but even with the coupons the one-day tickets are expensive.

Those seasonal passes are an unbelievable deal! It's like $40/park for unlimited summer use of the park. That's a steal!

We can just go the one day so season pass wouldn't do us any good. I did see a $20 off a single day ticket deal and am wondering if I should jump at that one or hope for Groupon deal again.

They are a really good deal. I've been contemplating buying them as I enjoy both parks, but I honestly don't know if I'd get down there to both of them or not. I hate having to go on the weekends when it's so packed!

The bite about the fun card is that you still have to shell out $15 a visit on parking. Blah. We have the preschool pass for DS (free) and DH and I have season passes and pay per month. As for deals, Groupon is almost always your best bet. The fun card is the cost of a normal one day ticket and neither include parking. Last year the Groupon BG deals happened 3/16, 5/12, 8/11 and 9/11. I would think something would be coming up this month.

Do you belong to AAA? They discount tix too. We've been to Williamsburg twice, but for a week each time so I'm not sure if AAA offers discounted 1 day tix. IIRC the ones we bought from AAA were something like $75 for unlimited entry at either park (BG/WC) for 7 days (not necessarily consecutive) It also included a 1 day visit to CW.
It's been a few years now so maybe that's changed.

Groupon has $40 BG Williamsburg tickets now.

Thanks!! Just went on and bought ours since I know they always sell out super fast! I just saw this past weekend that they have a new roller coaster opening so I was thinking it would be nice to go again this summer.

I would encourage anyone who's interested to buy theirs today. I know in the past they've sad they'll be available until X date, but they will sell out way before that.

I'll be interested to see how the new coaster is. I rode their wood coaster in Tampa and it was brutal but I'm hoping this will be better since it's brand new.

I remember liking Rebel Yell at KD when I was little, but I haven't been there about 15 years. I think it's kind of neat that they did a wooden coaster. I feel like you don't see those built new very much anymore.

YAY! I just bought mine! Thanks so much for your responses. AAA had them for $58 so the $40 deal is fantastic. AAA offers a discounted parking pass and Williamsburg tickets so I might go through them for those deals
