Got back a week ago after a another brilliant holiday over there. Everyone on our trip agrees that busch is by far the best park. Best rides and animal interactions. If anybody isnt sure about making the trip out then go, you wont regret it.
A shame really that they cant swap busch with the magic kingdom, it would make life a bit easier then.

Anyway only another 700 days and i'll be back there

Glad you had an awesome time :)
We didn't think much of Busch this year infact we were the opposite to you and thought it was the worst park out there. We drove there and glad we did as we couldn't have spent a whole day there.

Glad you had a great day - we are planning on going in December for the day. What animal interactions were good? :)

We went a few years ago now and did the giraffe feeding that was brilliant - but apart from the tigers we must have missed a whole load!

I'm really surprised at that. Without a doubt, Busch is one of our favourite parks. There is so much to do, we struggle to fit it all in on one visit.

100% my fave park. I could quite easily miss AK and do Busch instead each trip.

sorry but I am another one that just doesn't get Busch Gardens..we haven't been for a few years now though so maybe its changed..its leaves me cold and don't find it has any atmosphere. Perhaps we should give it another chance next time..

Sorry to gate crash but is there a way of getting to bush gardens without a car?

Tickets to Busch include transport - I have just copied this for you from Attraction Tickets

don’t worry if you don’t have your own transport. All of the Busch Gardens tickets featured on Attraction Tickets Direct include free bus transportation to Busch Gardens from Orlando on the Busch Gardens Tampa Shuttle Express. This service departs from SeaWorld plus various locations in the International Drive and Kissimmee areas. Reservations are a must and can be made by calling 1-800-221-1339 when in Orlando." :)

You didn't mention anything about the shows.....personally I think BG has the best live entertainment shows of any park in FL. Right now the Christmas shows are in full swing and looking forward to seeing the new Christmas Town presentation next week. From what I have seen on TV it is going to give MK a run for its money as a separate ticket event.

We caught the bus for the first time when we visited in August. We left at 9.15am and arrived at the park entrance at 10.30. The bus left at park closing which was 6pm.

There weren't many people on the bus and we had plenty of room to have 2 seats each. I think the advantages of the bus outweigh taking the car, much more relaxing and the day we went was the Friday before Labour Day weekend and the I-4 was really busy coming home and I didn't have to drive. It also saves you paying to park and catch that tiny parking tram to and from the main gate to the car park. Yes, you don't get there at rope drop but you do get there less stressed and I've never managed to get to Busch without getting lost!

SORRY TO GATE CRASH but may be some one on here can help me- I ve tried the disabilities threads and the busch threads but not got any help.

We are going here for a few days ahead of a cruise out of tampa. I was looking at buying the express passes as we will be there at a busy time of year.

my question is this- can wheelchairs use the express pass line. I made the mistake of buying them for Alton Towers only to get there and find that that the express lines could not take a wheelchair- don't want to throw money away. Thanks
