We went in Sept for the first time. It was included in our admission to DC. This was our first trip visiting a non-Disney park. We enjoyed BG.

We were there on a Wed. and it wasn't crowded at all. We did expect it to be a little cooler than WDW (temp wise) however it was really hot that day.

. Luckily, the park has giant mister fans located all over the park that you can walk right up to and get (heavily) misted. They were great.

I would have like to ride more of the coasters but we had to leave a little early to meet up with my DNiece who was coming in as a surprise to my DD8 to join us on our trip. I wanted to ride Montu (coaster) as several people in the park said it was the best coaster there but it was pretty far away from where we were and it was a long, hot walk.
We too enjoyed the Rhino Rally. It was pretty cool. I rode Skeikra twice-it was a blast. We did alot of walking that day. And did I mention it was hot?
Also, just a personal observation, but I found most of the employees at BG to be, how should I say this, a little unfriendly? Of course, being used to Disney CMs I guess most park employees do suffer in comparison. Also, I didn't feel as comfortable leaving our stroller (used mostly for carrying our things, not for DD, then 7) unattended. They have signs all over the park telling you not to leave anything unattended.
The park grounds are beautiful. Very nice.
Oh, and one final thing, don't bother riding their log ride (Stanley Falls Flume) it was pretty lame

and all we did was get drenched on the last drop.
I plan on writing a TR on it but haven't gotten around to it yet (along with Discovery Cove, which was amazing!

)
I would go back-especially if it was included in another park's admission.
