Busch Gardens Quick Queue and Single Rider lines?

Just a couple of quick questions.

First off, if the website is showing 'no inventory available' for Quick Queue passes on the day I will be at BGT, does this mean they have completely sold out and will not even be selling them at the park on the day for extortinate prices (like Universal lol)?

Secondly, do Busch Gardens have single rider lines for their attractions, especially the coasters?

I have never seen single rider lines, but the QQ we would buy when we get to the park, once we see what the queues are like, always available and this is during Summer[July]
