Just purchased Busch Gardens platinum pass which includes Sea World. We are going to Disney & taking a day trip to Seaworld. My question is do I have to make reservations for Sea World?:confused3

No.
You are thinking Discovery Cove. You have to make reservations for Discovery Cove, and you have to pay an additional fee. Sea World is the one with Shamu and Rides, Discovery Cove is the one where you swim with the dolphins and everything, including food is included in the price.
Also, with your Platinum Pass you can access ALL Busch parks at no additional charge...or a discounted rate.
This includes Busch Gardens Tampa and Williamsburg. Adventure Island Water park in Tampa, the waterpark in Williamsburg. All three Sea Worlds (Orlando, San Diego, and San Antonio) and all sesame place parks. It also includes a pretty decent discount on food and merchandise as well as discounts at certain area hotels. You also get FREE PREFERRED PARKING at your home park (we get it at both Sea World and Busch Gardens) and special discounts on all the behind the scenes programs. It is also a Two Year pass and is a much better pass in value and fun than the disney annual passes.....in my humblest of opinions. I hope this helps some.
Hey Busch.....I want my cut now:thumbsup2

I also have the platinum pass and as was mentioned all 8 parks Busch owns are included with the exception of Discovery Cove where you get a discount on the admission price and you need reservations. All I'm hoping is when they open Aquatica their more traditional waterpark that it's included with the Platinum pass!!

I highly doubt it.....but lord I hope so. From what I've heard of it, its going to be Discovery Cove with waterslides.....

the passholder info line confirmed Aquatica admission will be included with our platinum passes. they didn't have info at that time about silver and gold, or funcards.

Don't forget with your Platinum pass you get special seating at the shows as long as you get there before all the seats are taken.

You also get free preferred parking at Seaworld & Busch. You also get ride again privilages on Kraken, Journey to Atlantis, Sheikra, Montu, Kumba, and Gwazi.

Yes, that means the Employee pass gets in Aquatica free too...

You should mention that it depends on how busy the park, if its full they might not allow the perk, but if its medium they should... I don't remember SheiKra letting ride again though, I thought they were waiting until next year.

I dont recall seeing a sign posted like the other rides have, however according to the little insert for my Platinum Pass. Sheikra is a ride-again ride. Odd thing was when I went a few weeks ago, I remember seeing that front and back row was available for ride agains when I was in line for Montu. I think that was covered up on the sign last time i went.
