Can someone tell me the best way to attack Busch Gardens Tampa...What coaster or ride do I head first etc....We are going in Nov, the 19th to be exact....We have never been and really do not know what to expect

TIA

You're going on a Thursday, off season, so I would think you'd have the park practically to yourself. Go online to see a map of the park and then create a basic list or itinerary of what you want to see or do. You'll have time to do every coaster.

Best plan in the off season is just start either right or left and do the coasters as you tour the park. For us it just seems that going to all the coasters first makes you walk the park way too many times in order to see everything and do everything. The one thing we do try to do is get to The Colony House for lunch and then walk the paths near there to see the animals after we eat. If there for the evening meal we try to get the BBQ near Sheikra for that meal.

The shows are worth seeing too and as we get toward Chriwstmas, there will be Christmas shows, too.

It is a large park so definitely wear comfortable shows that won't give you blisters.

We go to Busch 2-3 times a month and hit Montu first, then head over to SheiKra, since those two can get long lines (as can Rhino Rally). Then we just attack the other rides in order if we bother to do them...we tend to focus on the coasters. If it's at all crowded, we get Quick Queue. Unlike Universal, Busch lets you use it for whatever QQ rides you want, even though each ride is listed individually. For example, you could use the Kumba QQ for SheiKra if Kumba didn't have a line and SkeiKra did.

Montu,Gwazi,Sheikra,Kuumba,Rhino Rally.Get there before the park opens by a few minutes. After you finish RR you are headed back by Montu and you can stop off at Sultan's sweets for a treat w/some hot chocolate or coffee before you start over:woohoo:
Or see Katonga and then watch all the animals.
We love BG.Just wish it had better dining options.
