I wasn't sure where to post this, so feel free to move if this is the wrong board. My DS7 will be tall enough to ride Gwazi and we're taking a day trip in November. He's dying to try Gwazi and DH has graciously agreed to ride with him ;). Although DS will be tall enough, he is very light in weight. Do they have lap belts in addition to the lap bars? I rode this years ago and remember it was very rough but very fun. DS loves fast rides and can do all the kiddie coasters with no problem...but this is a big step.

Thanks in advance! :hippie:

If I remember correctly...Gwazi only has the lap bars but they pull down pretty snug so he shouldn't have a problem. It's been quite a while since I've been over there but I think I'm right.

Thank you! I know my fear is irrational, but I remember feeling like I could have flown out myself!

No worries, there are seat belts and lap bars, you are in there securely!

Just checked with DD as she rode it in July and she said there is belts as well as the lap bar
