We're planning on visiting BG during the last week of December (Tuesday -Thursday) but unsure which day to choose.

Will the park be less crowded due to people going to WDW?

Which day this week do you think will be the least crowded?

Well, my friends were at Busch Gardens on Christmas day and experienced extremely low- no crowds! I think you will be okay with any day you choose. We went to SeaWorld twice last week and experienced low crowds both days. Enjoy!

I got there today at 10am with my mom. We went straight to Cheetah Hunt, which was about an hour wait (when we walked passed it later in the day, it was up to 75 minutes). We saw the cheetah cub with her labrador companion.

We walked through and saw the Elephants, rode Kumba, Shikera, at lunch, looked at alot of the animals (Kangaroo's and Great Apes), and ended up back at Montu and walked around the Edge of Africa (Giraffe's, hippo's, and lions area) and ended with ice cream.

We accomplished everything we wanted to; and never felt rushed to do anything. We were there from 10-4 and enjoyed our day.

It was def busier than what it is on most normal days; but compared to WDW, it was WAY less crowded than what Disney probably was today.

Good Luck!

This is the busiest week of the year for Busch Gardens however they have plenty of stuff to do. I would suggest getting there when they open at 9am. Lines seem to be slow early on and build as the day goes.
