We have been to WDW the last 5 years and finally bought DVC in October. We have stayed at 3 of the value and CBR(twice). I was wondering if there is any reasoning for the bus stops at the parks and DD. I know that when we stayed at the values they were typically the farther away than most others resorts. When we have stayed at CBR the stop is typically mid-range (not the closest and not the farthest away). Does this then mean that the Deluxe and DVC will be the closest? OR is it just a game of chance as to where the stops will be?
For our trip in March we will be taking SIL and her family. She requires assistive transportation (scooter or wheelchair) for long term walking but would like to just rent them in the park and walk to the stops and around the resort, if possible. If the stops are going to be a longer distance I may be able to talk her into just doing a week long rental.
She is really concerned about the hassle it will be loading a scooter on and off the bus, and as much as I don't want to hold others up, I also want her to be as happy and healthy as possinle during the trip for herself and for her children.
