Bus route at POR

How do the buses run at POR. I know it is the one stop at POFQ. Is it then
1st stop.-Main stop at POR-South Depot
2nd stop.-West Depot
3rd stop.-North Depot
Last stop. -East Depot

Is this correct?

When we were at POR in October it went like this:

POFQ
West Depot
North Depot
East Depot
South Depot (Main Stop)

They must have changed the routing then, as for the past ten years I've never had a bus do that reverse route. Normally I've found any buses which do the full circuit do:

1. POFQ

2. POR South Depot

and then (only after 10:30am):

3. POR West Depot
4. POR North Depot
5. POR East Depot

... and then on to the actual destination.

Us too! West is best! It's always either 1st or 2nd stop.

This is the route we had in August going to the parks and is the route we've always had at POR. It is the other way around when coming back from the parks, but I'm not sure which the OP meant.

So if we want to leave in the morning at 8:30 am for parks, you are saying we need to go to the South depot (at the front of resort)? I've never been at POR. Just want to know what to do! Thanks for your responses.

No, I would say at first to try the stop nearest to your room. I would not walk across the resort just to get to the South depot. For us, it was the LAST and MOST CROWDED stop. West was first and practically empty. North and East were very uncrowded also. That was our experience, but the route may not always the same. But I believe the West would be either 1st or 2nd. We caught the bus around 8:00 in the a.m. Hope that helps!

Our experience was the opposite then. It did what I posted earlier going to the parks, and the first stop at POR on the way back to the resort was the South (Main) depot.

I agree with faye70. The South Depot was always the most crowded.

I was just there April 9-17th and there was absolutely no rhyme or reason to how the buses picked up or dropped off.
Sometimes it would have already been to POFQ and then would come to South Depot (lobby) and then go around to West and so forth.
Othertimes, would do POR and then go to POFQ.
Seemed that regardless of whether had been to POFQ yet or not, always picked up first at South and then around to others.

Same thing on way back from various parks. Some parks have combined bus for POR/POFQ, while others have individual buses. MK has individual buses, I can't remember how other parks were set up.............

Sometimes dropped off South first and other times dropped off West.

Really depends on which park you are coming from.
I think West is closer to entrance into resort from MK, whereas, South depot is closer if you are coming from say AK, Epcot and HS.

I recommend South or West for p/u!

Otherwords, it wasn't consistant any way you look at it.
