Bus or car from POR to MK and back?

I've never taken the Disney busses since we always have our car with us at WDW, but the idea of being dropped off at the MK instead of the TTT is kind of appealing... BUT I keep reading that the POR bus service can be overly crowded and less-than-ideal. I'll have my DS4 with a stroller, so I want to make this as easy as possible, plus I want to spend the least amount of time possible commuting back and forth.
What do you all think? Bus or drive myself?

MK is the only park I will not drive to. There is something to be said for the drop off location both in terms of time and ease. I think you could judst as easily get a crowded monorail car (at a peek time) as a crowded bus. I would rather have the crowded bus and an extra 30 minutes in the park. JMHO
