Bus From WDW Resorts to MK - Don't Stop at Main Entrance?

I'd swear that last year the WDW bus from PO took us to the main MK entrance, not the TTC. I've been reading here that now the only stop is the TTC and one must take the rail or the ferry across the lagoon. What's the poop?

Disney transportation buses still take you to the main entrance at Magic Kingdom, well they did when I was there 4 weeks ago.

Buses and shuttles from non-Disney resorts go to the TTC, but buses for Disney resorts (plus Swan and Dolphin) go to the front gate.

Years ago (early 1980's) Disney buses from non-monorail resorts (then, just the Treehouse, Fairway, Club Lake, and Vacation Villas, plus the Golf Resort) did indeed drop off at the TTC, but now all resort buses connect directly to the Magic Kingdom.

Buses from off-property locations and Hotel Plaza still use the TTC terminal.

Thanks for the good news, and these answers clear up my confusion. We're staying at Dolphin so we'll be ok.

All Disney Resort Busses will travel directly to the Magic Kingdom main entrance, and drop off a few hundred feet from the turnstiles, as stated above. Busses back to the resorts will pick up at the Magic Kingdom. Be sure to check the signs at the Load Zones to determine which load zone is for your bus. Prior to 7:30am... busses are not allowed into the MK, and as such, will drop off at the TTC.

PLEASE REMEMBER... Aside from Fort Wilderness and Wilderness Lodge... THERE ARE NO DISNEY RESORT BUSSES FROM THE TRANSPORTATION AND TICKET CENTER.

Unfortunetly, during the park exit, folks sometimes tend to follow the people in front of them, and forget to read the signs, or fail to remember where they were dropped off, and as such, happen to board the Monorail, and wonder why there is no bus at the TTC.
