I apologize for what I am sure is a question that has been asked before... I couldn't find the answer in the Search.

How does the bus run in OKW as far as getting to and from the Hospitality house from the far reaches of the resort?

Thanks!!

All of the busses that go to OWK will stop at all of the stops inside the resort and have to stop at the Hospitality House before they leave to go to the parks. There are also busses that just circle around to the stops in the resort that are marked "internal" on the signboard. So if you are at your room and want to go to Hospitality House you can get on any of the busses. If you are at Hospitality House and want to go back to your room, get on a bus marked internal.

You'll find that the "far reaches" are no more than a 10-15 minute walk at most and closer to 5 minutes from the majority of the villas. It also just about as quick to get on and off at the Peninsula Road stop as from the HH stop. This puts you just a short walk from the "back" of the front area and actually much closer to the pool. Just double-check with the bus driver that they'll be stopping where you want to go.

That's a great tip, Pam!

We were in building 30 on our last trip and found we could get off at Peninsular Road and walk to building 30 before the bus got to the Old Turtle Pond bus stop.

We've also found that fromPeninsular we can walk to buildings 11-19, 62-64 or Hospitality House before the bus would get us there. All of these walks are less than 10 minutes from the Peninsular Road stop- which is usually the first stop from any park.

Park buses stop at Peninsular, South Point, Turtle Pond, Miller and Hospitality House on their usual OKW route (there is an occasional deviation from that- depending on time of day and driver). Buses returning from Typhoon Lagoon/DD usually stop at HH first and last (with the other stops in between).

Enjoy!

Thank you very much for the quick reply.

I personally don't mind the walk, but my mother has some feet problems and after a day at the parks could not walk the 10 minutes. Its great to hear that there is an internal bus.

Thanks again!!!
