My employer has been giving guidance for anyone traveling abroad and returning to the US for many years now. However, it is significantly more involved these days, and now includes specific guidance for preparing to re-enter the US.

People genuinely believe if you take a $60 item and price it at $100 and then mark it 40% off that they’re getting a hell of a deal.

Remember it only takes 1 buyer to buy at the high price then the contract is gone. I don’t think most buyers are part of the Disboards, so they aren’t following the prices as closely as we are.

Absolutely. I’ve always said we are not their target demographic. They want higher prices, for higher commissions, and more interest to be collected by Monera.

I don’t think so. They don’t have their usual disclaimer like when they have their “red hot” or “certified hot” where the say “only offers at full asking and all buyer fees…”

The funny part is, they have some better deals listed on similar contracts without the promo.

You can bet on that the promo deals are the brokers own contracts.

Most seem to be larger contracts. Not many smaller ones in my use year show very often. BWV seems to be a bit more available lately.

I thought the same thing when looking. Who is selling??
