Day Six-Wednesday 10/10
Today is Magic Kingdon again and sister Gail's last day. First we all head to Ohanas for breakfast with Mickey, Goofy, Chip and Dale. The food is placed on a big platter and brought to a lazy susan on your table. There were eggs, mickey waffles, sausage, bacon, potatoes and fruit. All pretty yummy. The girls and I had to dance around the restuarant with all the kids and characters to "Just cant wait to be king". The baby was really warming up to the characters too!! They were so nice with him. We took some family pictures around the pool of the Poly since it was so beautiful.
Okay off to Magic Kingdom. Saw the castle show "Cinderella's surprise". It was a really fun show! Head to Adventure Land to do Allidan, Pirates of Caribean and Jungle Cruise. No lines at all. Husband and kids did Swiss Family Treehouse while the rest of us enjoyed a Dole Whip (my first ever!).
Onto Fronterier land for Big Thunder Mountain twice. Luckily we under cover when the sky decided to turn black and pour for 10 minutes. After that it was sunny and humid again. We were going to Splash Mtn, but skipped until later (never did make it back).
Then to Liberty Square for Haunted Mnasion. Sisters and I went to Hall of Presidents while my husband and kids grabbed a quick bite and a spot for the parade. I oved that parade! We were in a great spot near Hall of Preseidents. It is where the parade would stop and they would do their little shows. I loved the water globes, espcially the princesses. When we wen to Downtown Disney, I saw a waterglobe just like it you could buy. I wanted too, but I didnt think it would survive the plane ride home.
Time for Gail to go, so Laura drove her to the airport while hubbie, me and kids took the boat back to WL. We spent the rest of the day swimming and taking in the lodge. Hubbie and girls did a bike ride, then we had dinner at Whispering Canyon. I pretty wild place (dont ask for ketchup!). We were not in the mood for bbq so we just ended up ordering appetizers and dessert. Then the kids watched Toy Story on the lobby's big screen tv. Tried for the water parade, but cancelled again due to wind. Got eaten alive by bugs while waiting for it!
Off to bed. Tomorrow-Epcot FW.
