Bumped from Polynesian

I tried to find out if anyone on my cruise was also impacted and got the following feedback
- one said they’re getting moved from poly to another resort but this is their first trip to Disney so they are obviously upset / panicked
- one said unrelated to poly but was booked to stay at all stars and they called and said they’re moving to Coronado
- one has poly booked for after the cruise but has received no news related to moving resorts

I guess it’s just down to good vs bad luck anymore? Doesn’t feel very Disney-ish to me.
Want to hear something even more ridiculous? When the cast member started explaining I thought she was going to say we’re putting you in a bungalow oh well for us!

They did re price us. It’s a way cheaper room so I wouldn’t be ok if they didn’t offer the refund.
I was expecting more though like others have mentioned. I know it’s out of their control but it’s still disappointing.

Yes , I saw that. That’s should be expected. Cheaper room, get refund. But I was saying, knowing the storm was out of their control, Disney still could have added a little something.
