I took a photo of the enterence to Disney's California Adventure, without a single person in it! My camera though messed up and the picture looks like this

Does anyone have .. a way to fix it or a picture that is the same without people, but without the split?

So weird that your camera did that.....I don't have one during the day but I did take this one two years ago.

The only thing i can think of is to make 2 copies of the photo, crop one to the split and then try to line them up. I know PSE has a function to do it automatically. Very cool picture, though and the split was hard to see at first.

I think your pic looks kind of neat. I didn't notice anything was off until the 3rd time I looked at it.

That's really interesting, camera-wise. Furthermore, when zoomed in and looking at what exactly happened, it is even more interesting. It is not an evenly spread shift throughout the photo. The shift becomes greater proportionately the further to the right across the photo. Blah blah blah photographic and graphic design tech talk. It took some work, and although it is not perfect, maybe this will be a nice picture for your memories:

ETA: I just went back in and adjusted the color, brightness, and contrast a bit to make the letters pop a little and bring out the sky. Hope you don't mind.

Dreams you are awesome. I have a mac so am at a loss with photo editing. I used to do a ton of it with my pc, but am quite limited now.
THANKS!

My DW does a lot of photo fiddling with iPhoto and Graphic Converter on our Mac. What app(s) did you use on your pc?
