Right now it sounds like you need to concentrate on getting a job, any job. You need to get your finances in order, paying off debt (saw this mentioned in another thread) and paying for your apartment. Then when you are on more solid ground, you can think about business plans. I would also encourage you to finish school (since you are close to being done) before opening a business. That way, if the business doesn't work out, at least you have the proper degree to work in the school system.
If you really want to work in education right now, try applying to day cares as a part time employee. I know when I worked in day care they were always in need of people to work in the afternoon, to supervise naptime, snack, free time, etc. You will gain experience and you may be able to work your way up when someone leaves. You would probably have to get a night job elsewhere, but at least you would be somewhat involved in your field.
