Building requests for resorts

Ok I just booked our Christmas trip for Port Orleans Riverside online. When/where can I request a certain building I would like to be in?

Did you book through Disney's site? If so, you can call Disney's CRO (the number should be on the WDW website) and put in your requests. If you booked through expedia or another travel site, I'm not sure if you can make requests through CRO (anyone else know?), but it might be worth a shot!

I have been successfully in the past faxing my request ( floor and building) to the resort 4 days before arrival date.

I booked thru the Disney website. I dind't see a pplace on there when I booked. I think I will call my request in & follow up with a fax
