Building choice

We will stay at Poly in December for our first time at a deluxe. Previous have been at value twice and moderate three times. We have boys ages 17,13,10. Any suggestions on building request. Our thoughts are non-smoking and close to main building as well as walkway to TTC. We will probably just do a garden view. Thanks for any ideas.
