Building 9 at Pop

Is that a good choice for non preferred people with a car? I just booked a room, and it is the building my TA suggested.

Also, I had to cancel a trip with the same TA last year and when I booked now he made a comment about how it will be a nice trip if I keep my reservation. I'm a smidge offended, am I too sensitive?

That would tempt me to cancel it just to spite him! I don't generally use TAs because I am a control freak though.

That was very rude and unprofessional of him. I'd take it up with his manager.

And you might want to start making your own arrangements from now on. You could use the money you pay an unprofessional boor like that to do more things at Disney!

We were in building 9 last November. We found it very convenient to the bus stop and food court/lobby. We would usually cut through a parking lot to get to the bus stop, so you could park there, and be very close to your car.

I would be offended by your TA's comment, too.

Generally the customer doesn't pay a Travel Agent. She/he/the company gets paid by the entity - hotel, cruise line, car rental agency...The exception being airlines. Because airlines don't pay commission, many TAs do charge for booking air travel.

Yes, absolutely the TA was out of line. But m lot of times, they do a lot of research and work for the condumer, who then cancels. No trip, no pay.

Since you have a car, yes, i think thats a decent location choice.

As for the comment, I dont offend easily so I wouldn't be offended by it.

I wouldn't have been offended by the comment at all. I most likely would have cracked up and made a sarcastic comment back. It was most likely just a dang joke.

Just stayed in building 9, very close to parking and if you cut through the parking lot, it's close to buses and Classic Hall.
