Building 26 Martinique @ CBR

We requested Bldg 26, 2nd Floor, paying Pref Loc'n Fee. What views could we expect depending on the side we get? Pool, Lake or Garden? Does the 2nd Floor Rooms have individual balconies? Thanks

We have stayed in building 26 on several occasions. There are no individual balconies. You step outside your door directly onto a walkway. Your view will depend on where they put you. Did you pay for a waterview? If not you may be looking at the parking lot or a nice garden view.

The parking lot view is not a bad one. It is landscaped so well it is hard to see the cars. It depends on where they put you. You could have any of those views. They are all nice. Be sure to watch the Epcot fireworks from the beach at Martinique. It's a great place to see them.

I had heard from someone that 2649 would be second floor with a corner room. I specified this in my room request. Do you recall which side this room (2649) may be on? Facing lake vs. parking lot? I may call 1 week prior to departure to confirm room request & view from room. Don't spend much time there anyhow, but nice to have a view of lake/beach if available. Thanks!
How far is it to OPR from Martinique Bldg 26... under 5 minutes to the pool.?

You may have problems witha specific request like that. I would also add something else or you may not get your request.

I have a map of the resort up on my website listed below. Yes it is a quick walk to the main pool. There is also a quiet pool at Martinique.
