Build your own pasta at cbr question

Before a race I always eat pasta. Can someone tell me how the pasta is that old port Royale food court. Is it any good and also I see they have fettuccine sauce listed but can I get red sauce instead.

I had the pasta at French Quarter Riverside before last year's Princess -- excellent! They did have red sauce. Sort of like ordering at Subway, you get to pick what you want from the ingredients before you, then they cook it up.

I had penne pasta with red sauce at Old Port Royale and it was perfectly satisfactory. I was starving so I thought it was the best pasta ever, but I'm sure it was more towards the middle of the scale in actuality.
