Hi! My young-ish adult son would like to get an “authentic” lightsaber while we’re at HS. He’s not really interested in building one himself.
Is there a price difference between pre-made sabers and the ones you make a reservation for to make yourself?
Also-where are “authentic” lightsabers sold?

Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities in Galaxy's Edge. This shop offers a variety of pre-assembled lightsabers, including some that are considered "legacy" lightsabers. These can be of equal or even higher quality than the ones built at Savi's Workshop.

Pre-Assembled Lightsabers at Dok-Ondar's Den of Antiquities:

• Standard Lightsaber with Extendable Blade: $39.99
• Padawan Lightsaber with Extendable Blade: $19.99
• Legacy Lightsabers (hilt only): $109.99 - $199.99 (depending on style)
• 26-inch Lightsaber Blade: $44.99
• 31-inch Lightsaber Blade: $49.99

In addition to Savi's Workshop and Dok-Ondar's, you can also find lightsabers in other gift shops within the park, including Tatooine Traders, where you can build a less elaborate plastic lightsaber.

Separate question: anyone been to Savi's at DHS in the past week? Wondering if they still have the "Reclaimed and Reforged" parts or if that sold out? Genuinely curious. I'll be there in a few weeks, getting those parts would intrigue me but I can't see them being available weeks after the May the Fourth. Though, if you never ask, you'll never know...

We make one at Tatooine Traders each time...if you don't need authentic ones then this does the trick for a LOT less.
