Yes, at Downtown Disney

The two locations I know are mickeys star traders in the MK and tattooine traders in DHS

The ones at MK and DHS mentioned are still there, as well as the one in DtD. I would recommend going to the one at MK or DtD; the one at DHS was busier and only one family could make light sabers at a time, and the CM had to help you.

we did it at dtd and saw it at hs. Don't know about magic kingdom.
