Build-a-Bear/Build-a-Dino Workshop Coupons?

Does anyone know of any current BABW coupons? The only ones I can find (for $5 of $25) expire 8/31, but we're going to the Build-a-Dino store Sept. 1st.

I live near Build-a-Dino and haven't seen any coupons for the dinos or accessories. There is a coupon book for the Village West shopping area that has a coupon for a "free gift" with purchase at BADW, but the gift is a magnet for the T-Rex cafe.

If any one sees anything, I would love to hear about it. Good luck!

missygayle, at the risk of hi-jacking my own thread, can you give me any suggestions for other things to do in the area? We're going to be in Kansas City from Sept. 1-4. Our main purpose is to visit BADW and the T-Rex Cafe (we're surprising our dino-loving DS). We thought we'd just wing it the rest of the time we're there, but if you can recommend any "can't miss" things (especially for kids ages 4-6), that would be great.

BABW is known for it's "yes" attitude. Chances are that if you take that expired coupon in and ask nicely to use it, you will be told yes. (if you came in to my store the answer would be ABSOLUTELY!!) Have a "beary" good time!!

You can use BABW coupons at the Build-A-Dino. I was also told that the frequent buyer cards (cant remember what they are called) can be used there also.

I went to the Build a dino site, and it's awesome!!! I hope they send some dinos to build a bear,so I can buy them there or build some more stores. My DS4 would love that store!

BABW had a table at the Columbus zoo a couple of weekends ago. They were passing out coupons (by the fistful) I said "I'll never use these by the expiration date of 12/31/06" and the woman said "BABW ALWAYS takes expired coupons!"


If you want one of the ones I have (just in case) I can mail you one. Or you could call the location where you're going and explain and ask if they'll accept your coupon.

Sorry for the delay...there's a lot to do in that area.

The area that it's in is a brand new development area for KC. There's a Great Wold Lodge (with the indoor water park), Cabela's, Nebraska Furniture Mart, and a lot of neat shops in the Village West Shopping area (where T-Rex Cafe is). The T-Bones minor leage baseball stadium is nearby. You can get in for $5. They do lots of contests between innings. It's fun.

Crown Center, The Plaza, Liberty Memorial, The Nelson-Atkins Museum, The Kansas City Zoo. There's quite a bit to keep you busy.

BTW-when I was at BADW they said they could not accomodate the punch cards from BABW. They didn't have the equipment. They directed me to call in and have them added. Maybe it has changed, that was a couple weeks ago.

It's good to hear that they accept BABW coupons. Those don't float around here very often. I'll get the one off the site you suggested. Thanks!
