Buffy fans

BOOO HOOO!!

I heard the rumors, but I was really hoping she would change her mind.
I can't imagine not having Buffy to watch anymore. :( :( :(

Spike getting his own show would be great, though. :teeth:

The rumors are that there may be a spinoff based on Faith. She will be in the last several episodes of Buffy this year. She will also be on Angel for 3 episodes starting in a few weeks.

I'm kind of Glad to see Geller leaving. She has taken the charater as far as it can go.

I feel asleep last night and missed the last 20 minutes. Anything important happen at the end?

Buffy and Andrew closed the seal that is over the hellmouth (It required Andrew's tears to be closed). Looks like Andrew is finally facing up to killing Jonathon and is going to stop living life in a fantasy.

Our local station was having technical problems so I didn't get to see last night's episode. Any chance some kind person can fill me in on what happened?

Personally I think it's long over due
this show jumped the shark quite a while ago
I haven't really watched it in a couple of years
my DH will be upset though
I watch american idol instead
Angel has gotten YUCK too
Alias is a great show I am addicted to that one though

Last night Andrew was trying to make a documenry on Buffy for future generations to see. The seal down in the basement of the HS was making everyone go crazy and turn all violent and they needed to figure out how to close it. They were trying to get some answers out of Andrew but he kept making up elaborate stories and they couldn't get a straight answer out of him. So Willow did some investigating on the seal and found out that the only way to close it was tears from the person that opened it. So, Buffy took Andrew there and told him that he needed him to try to translate some symbols on the seal. When they got there she lied to him and told him that the seal needed his blood to close and Andrew got really scared and was begging her not to kill him and he confessed that he was the one that killed Jonathan and he felt really bad about it and said that this is what Jonathan must have felt and he started crying and a tear drop fell on the seal and it pretty much turned itself off.

Also, Principal Wood almost tried to stake Spike but he was stopped, Spike got to fight some humans (some students that had gone all crazy from the seal and Buffy had to remind him not to kill them) and Anya and Xander slept together "one last time". I really thought that they would be getting back together but I'm not sure now. They said it was just closure but I had the feeling that they were just saying that because that's what they thought the other person was thinking.

I thought it had been confirmed that Faith was picking up the show for next season. I guess I was wrong. She will be back on Angel next week for three weeks and then she goes to Buffy. I have been loving this season of Buffy and I've been loving Angel as well.

WB Entertainment president Jordan Levin said Tuesday he's hopeful but not certain that "Angel," a "Buffy" spinoff launched in 1999, will be back next fall.

I hope that it will be back next year. I've really enjoyed it and there's so much that I would like to see happen on that show.

Thanks for the great recap Aurora! :)

I hope my local station rebroadcasts last night's episode. It turns out the power company accidentally cut one of their lines and they were out of commission until 2:30 last night.

I still like the show very much. I'd love to see a Spike spinoff.

Nascar, I'm worried Alias might have jumped the shark when SD6 was eliminated. Some telltale signs -- the fake Francine (evil twins are almost never a good thing, even fabricated ones), the end of the sexual tension between Vaughn and Sydney and too many guest stars (Ethan Hawke, Christian Slater, etc.) I hope not, but it hasn't been as compelling as last season. The next few episodes need to be better.

Sharon, if you have Kazaa you can usually find episodes of Buffy on there. Just do a search for Buffy and look for the season 7 stuff...I forget the name of this week's episode though, but its a good way to get caught up.
