buffet reservation time...does it matter?

We have have a later lunch buffet time at Hollywood and Vine, 2:40. I was just wondering if the timing affects the food available? Is the buffet still kept full or do they tend to run out of things? Do you feel rushed at all since it is later? Do the characters still make their rounds?

The food will be replenished. Just keep your expectations regarding quality in check. The characters still make their rounds. You won't be rushed.

We have had later ADRs at buffets and food was always replenished. The only place we feel rushed is at Chef Mickey's once we saw all of the characters.

We once had a late breakfast at Chef Mickey and it was the best! The characters walked around until 1pm and since people kept leaving we started getting more and more attention from the characters. We were there from 11:15-1:15 and loved every second!
