Buffet Dinners

Help!!!

If I go to a restaurant for a buffet dinner, do you choose your entree and then go to the buffet area for the extras?

I especially want to go to a seafood restaurant and wondered how it worked if I ordered lobster.

I have seen adverts for an all you can eat buffet - are these good value, the one I have seen is for Angels, has anyone been? and what do you get to eat.

I've been to Angels and wasn't impressed at all.

There is one on Idrive that does all you can eat lobster. Its next to Starbucks and that is much better.
