We are planning a dinner at Le Cellier in October. I was just looking over the menu at wdwig.com & they do not list the Buffalo Rib-Eye as an entree'. We ate there in December of 2000 and my twin brother ate Buffalo Rib-eye. Kocoum wants to try it this time. I've read in my twin brother's wife's Passporter that the Buffalo Rib-eye is a seasonal item. Does anyone know when Buffalo is "in-season"?

Thanks!

If you want buffalo...head to artist point at the Wilderness Lodge..it is fantastic. Yummy..wish i was having it right now.

I can't imagine when buffalo wouldn't be "in season":confused3

I have not seen the buffalo steak on Le Cellier's menu in a few years. My DH used to LOVE that and we were very disappointed when they removed it from the menu. It came with caramelized onions or something and was very good.

Yeah, Artists Point at WL still has it. Haven't tried it there myself, because I always wind up getting the cedar-plank roasted salmon...yum!

It's at Artists Point for sure and it is FANTASTIC!!! Not a scrap of waste on any of the three I have had!

I'm another fan of the Artist Point buffalo steak! I had it last December instead of the Cedar Plank Salmon.

I've found my new favorite entree at Artist Point. :p
