Buena Vista Palace

I have a friend who is planning to stay at Buena Vista Palace in DTD area in Nov. I was wondering if that is considered "on-site" and will they get the same priveleges as a Disney Resort staying guests as far as EMHs and dining plan is concerned.

I'm sorry to say, but no they will not have the same priviledges as on-site guests.
The only DTD hotel that offers EMH is the Hilton. Dining is not available.

Even the Swan/Dolphin is not "on site", meaning not a Disney resort. Being adjacent to Disney property is not on site.
