Hi Everyone.
This will be our first time staying at non Disney hotel. It will be Easter weekend and the following week. In the last 4 years, we have stayed at the Poly, POFQ, POR, AKL, and Pop. We loved all but POR, did not like it AT ALL!
I'm trying to decide between Buena Vista Palace and the Swan/Dolphin. The Swan/Dolphin is about 700-800 more for the course of our week.
Ease of getting to parks with 3 kids is a priority, but is it a 700-800 dollar priority for the S/D? We will be eating mostly in the parks so on site dining isn't a big deal. We would like a nice pool area for the kids, but doesn't have to be spectacular.
Can anyone help me decide between the two? I am leaning toward the S/D because of the location and being able to use Disney buses. But I need some convincing that is really worth the extra $.
I have also read countless threads on here about both resorts, but I didn't come across any where these two were compared.
Thank you
