Budget - What a joke!

Thoughts...

• if Budget has a line and the competition doesn't. Is it poor customer service? Or is it because they are very popular.
• Enough said about gas stations. Need to do your research.

One time at MCO the Dollar line was so long I went over a company with no line (National I think) and got a care there. Cancelling Budget over the phone as I walked over.

Budget is certainly not my first choice, but I've used them without problems.

Just to pile on: at this point there are several agencies at MCO that have straight to the garage options (Alamo/National, Dollar/Thrifty, Budget...). The lines inside seem to be random; I've often seen long ones at Alamo and you're right the agency next door might be almost empty. Anyway, its easy enough now to sign up for these programs and minimize the time getting to your rental. I think Alamo is still the easiest, but the others aren't bad.

Also have to agree with the other comments about gas. That seems to have nothing to do with Budget. I usually get gas at a Speedway before getting on 417 and have never had a problem
