budget question

I have a car reserved with the Travelocity code with Budget and so far they are the best price

I do not have the frequent renter card (not sure what it is called) for Budget but my husband does. I am the lead on the reservation.

Can I still call and add his membership number to the reservation so both of us can drive or do I need to get my own?

Budget is called FastBreak.

I think you can. If he will be with you, I'd just hand them his card and driver's license along with yours at the kiosk, so it can be credited to his account. However, just give them a call if you are concerned. Of course, you can sign up for your own, but if you want to consolidate the rentals, then they should be fine with it.
