Does anyone know if Budget has a Kiosk to avoid the counter checkin?

If nobody responds, you might check Budget's website. I know the information about Alamo's and National's kiosks is available right on their respective websites; or simply call Budget and ask.

I didn't see any kiosks. We went to the desk in the garage and it took us 5 minutes or less to rent 2 weeks ago.

Are you a member of fastbreak program? Was there a separate special line for Fastbreak members that is shorter?

I haven't done it yet, I will in October, but you need to be a fastbreak member, and enter that information when reserving. Then, you bypass the counter in the terminal and go to the hut/kiosk in the garage. I'm pretty sure it's a manned hut that works the same as the counter in the terminal except fewer people are fastbreak so the lines are VERY short.
