Budget categories

I've been searching, but no luck...

Just a few days ago someone asked a budget question and someone else posted a really long list of the categories in their budget.

Can someone either direct me to the orginal, repost, or share your budget categories?

I'm working on a new 2011 budget and I KNOW I'm missing things.

Personally, I tried the super detail budget when I first got on a budget and it was a disaster for me. I now have more basic categories and I've been sticking to my budget and even going under on many categories. Also, for anyone working on setting up a budget for the first time, remember to set up a new budget every single month because January is probably going to look a lot different from July.

Aside from basic housing expenses, insurance, and savings, I've broken it down to the following categories:

-Groceries
-Restaurants
-Fast Food
-Household/Personal
-Entertainment
-Gas
-Car Repairs/Maintenance

Some months, other things will be added, like when we need new clothes, tags & fees for the cars, etc. I have found that keep it simple and updating regularly (every day or two) has made it a joy rather than a struggle to stay on a budget.
