Hi Folks,
Can you help me with a query regarding car allocation with Budget at Orlando International?
I have booked a full size SUV for pickup 4/23 at MCO and when I was researching the most suitable vehicle for my group (6 adults and an ECV) I looked on the Budget website and saw that the Ford Excursion was the expected vehicle for Full size, this had all the room we needed so I went ahead and booked................................Then........... I checked again the Budget website and the expected vehicle is now a Ford Expedition which I believe is quite a bit smaller. I have E-Mailed Budget and got the standard answer that they cannot guarantee the exact make and model of vehicle but they won't tell me what other vehicles are in this class! I SHOULD be OK with the Expedition at a push but I don't think I would be OK with anything smaller. Hassle with the counter staff over a bigger vehicle is the last thing I want after a 9 hour flight from the UK. Does anyone know what other vehicles are in this class or even if the Excursion is still available? Also, do you get to choose from the line like Alamo or is a car allocated like Dollar?
