Budget Car Rental location on Disneyworld

Does anyone know if Budget has a rental location right on Disneyworld...? And if so, can I access it using the Disney transportation system...??

Any help would be great....

I believe there is a Budget rental car location close to Downtown Disney at the Double Tree hotel on Hotel Plaza Blvd.

You can't access it with the Disney Transportation System but the Disney buses take you to Downtown Disney within walking distance of the Double Tree.
