Budget Car Rental coupon question

I'm renting a car from Budget Rent a car. If I use a BCN( rate code) not from the entertainment book can I still use the entertainment book coupon. In other words....I get a better rate by putting in a code from my employer but have no coupons from my employer. I have a coupon from the entertainment book. So, can I use the rate code from my employer and upon arrival use my entertainment book for an additional discount ($20 a weekly rental)? Thanks for all your expert advice.
