BRV studio OR??? for next spring

Currently booked at BRV home resort for next march 31-april 7th. Seeing as the rooms are not begun the refurb and we know how worn they are... do we just keep it and know that its beat, or swap to another DVC studio. We are able to switch and see BLT lake view open.

I am CC owner but stayed at BRV a few years back. I would do BLT but I also like trying different places. Depends on how much you'll be in the room and what other things you could list as pros/cons for you.

love love the whole
WL resort and area. We have stayed at BRV and CCV many times too! But we did notice the room at brv was so worn and that was years ago, we were so sad to see the refurb pushed back to who knows when. Last april we were at BWV which we also love that area but this next trip want to be closer to MK. CCV is booked so we checked BLT and its open for lake view, just never stayed there ( had it booked april 2020!) its 153 points vs the 132 we have booked now at brv.

Another CCV owner here, we stayed at BLT 2br lake view May 2021. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at BLT, can’t beat walking to MK. One thing to consider is that the studios villas at BLT are small 339 sq ft vs BRV 356 sq ft. That may not seem like much of a difference but the layout is a little different in a BLT studio .

Its just me and hubby so the size doesnt matter. Guess we can always head over to WL for food and enjoy the outside of resort?! We figured BLT would be our next choice if CCV wasnt available. BRV is still booked while we think!
