Hi, I am ready to book the WL under the BRP for Feb.15-19(4 nites), but I am not sure if I will arrive on the 15th or 16th?( I am waiting to book with SWA) If I have to cancel 1 nite will this be possible under this program?? And I would like to REQUEST bunkbeds( I am booking a Courtyard View room)is there a place for requests or do I need to call in after I pay my deposit??Also it says on the AP site that your rate will be adjusted if the AP rate goes down.Is this done automatically or will I have to call?? One last ? is the balance due at check-in or before?? Thanks!!! Joan

I just booked the WL about 5 minutes ago with the BRP and am so thrilled....I got a standatd view for $135 a night....

I'll try to answer as best as I can....here goes....

If I have to cancel 1 nite will this be possible under this program??

I asked about changes & cancellations and was just told that they will only charge the $50 fee if the total $$$ amount goes down. If it goes up, they waive it.

I would like to REQUEST bunkbeds( I am booking a Courtyard View room)is there a place for requests or do I need to call in after I pay my deposit??

There is a spot for requests (I just requested a king smoking room) but it's very short. I would probably note it in that area provided & call to have it added to the ressie.

it says on the AP site that your rate will be adjusted if the AP rate goes down.Is this done automatically or will I have to call??

It's not automatic, you'd have to call.

is the balance due at check-in or before??

The balance is due at check in.

I hope this helps!

Thank You so much Tink10! I was a little hesitant to book online but after reading all the posts on people doing it, I decided this is the way to GO! :cool1: Joan

No Problem at all Joan!

So many people here are upset about the Best Rate program, but I still love it. It's great to be able to leisurely take my time, comparing rooms and seeing what's available without being on the phone and feeling like I have to hurry.

The nonrefundable deposit isn't a problem to me because I'm pretty sure of my plans and if there's an issue, they do allow changes, which makes it that much better.....

Before I actually booked, I called to check about the penalties to change the ressie & I also asked about AP call in rates & was told (like others here) that they were gone for good.
