BRP rates and booking

I am looking to go in June of 2006, I have an AP from our trip this year. The BRP rates have not yet come out for June.

So, if I book now (without the BRP rates), I really want the Contemporary with the MK View, what would be my penalty if or when BRP rates came out and I canelled that reservation?

As long as you cancel before 45 days, there is no penalty.

I don't believe that is the case. Rather, if you cancel your reservation, you will lose the entire deposit.

If you book at rack rates, you have until 5 days before you go to cancel w/o penalty. If BRP comes out they can just switch your ressie with no penalty. I've done it before w/o a problem.

I think the cancellation reference was to the first non BRP reservation.

In that case, a room only reservation can be cancelled up to 5 days prior. A package is 45 days.

Oh! "without the BRP rates" -- I read that as "with the BRP rates". Gosh... amazing how missing three little letters changes the whole meaning of the sentence!
