*BRP - How Do I Find Rates???

I feel like a complete idiot! I can't figure this out!

I have an Annual Premium Exchange card; I tried to get on the WDW site, passholder area. It asks for the information on the back of my card. There are only three options:

*Annual Pass
*Exchange, Type One
*Exchange, Type Two

It then asks me to enter the numbers on the back of my certificate. However, neither of the two exchange options begins with my code. Both options start with NB004, but my card says ND004. I've tried entering all my information anyway, and it keeps coming back that I have incorrectly entered my information.

Does anyone have any wisdom to help me get onto the site?? Thanks SO much, in advance!!

If you post what you are looking for, I would be happy to check rates. (Personally, I can't get on the site with my pass but can check rates on the TA site.)
