Brownies - Do they freeze well?

I would like to make them to bring Christmas Day but I hope I can freeze them??

Yes! My mom works for a dessert co. who sells to major restaurant chains and airlines (more upscale first class). All desserts, including brownies, are frozen and shipped.

I have made them in foil trays and wrapped well and froze them just fine.

Whenever we use a cooler, frozen brownies are one of the frozen foods we put in to help keep the food cold! If you make sure they are thuroughly defrosted before serving, you will not have a problem!

That is very good question. I wondering that my self. I sign up bring dessert to the family dinner. I have boat brownies mix that I can use.
