browneyes...Guess What I Made for Dinner Tonight

Turkey breast! I also made stuffing (ok - just the Pepperidge Farms kind - but WE like it! ), mashed potatoes (ok - they were instant ) and cauliflower.

Ummmm. It DID taste good! Even DH said that it was a good meal. I will be looking forward to the cranberry relish and pumpkin pie and roll that we will have on Thanksgiving - a month from today!

Beth, do you have any leftovers for me? LOL! I bet it tasted just right, didn't it.

My dd prefers the pepperidge farm stuffing (but she likes it better dry ), my kids also prefer instant mashed potatoes (except for the last 2 times I made the real ones-they about gnawed my hand off before I got through hand mashing them!). I'm not much of a cauliflower eater (unless it's raw). Did you, um, have any turkey gravy?

And yes, we did have turkey gravy. There was a packet inside of the turkey breast (Honeysuckle) and I added a can of Franco-American turkey gravy.

I made it an EASY meal, but it still was a great TASTING meal too!

My dd and I fight over that Franco American turkey gravy. My mom makes a homemade kind, but I know what she adds to it to give it her own personal style. I'll stick to the jarred kind.

LOL! Your family would hate me if I got all the leftovers.
