Ok. So I need some help. I booked a dinner ressie for the Brown Derby tomorrow and I need food suggestions.

I know about the Cobb salad but what else is good - particularly entrees?

Looking at the allears.net menu, I am focusing a bit on the grouper and the salmon (though Im open to anything cept the tofu noodles). So for you Brown Derby fans... what do you get?!

Thanks!

Sorry, It was the worst for your money restraunt that we have ever eaten at at Disney. The menu is plain the food is OK but I would of picked something else for my dinner.

We're booked for the Brown Derby in a few days also. I've eaten here once before and found it to be really good. I think I had the grouper and of course creme brulee...both were excellent. Hope you have a great meal also.

OK. I apologize for being OT, but I have to ask.

Are you a fan of the egg plant dish "Baba Ganoush", or are you a fan of the film "Wedding Crashers"?

DH and I had grouper and liked it. My oldest DS had duck and liked it as well. My kids had, well, grilled cheese and a hot dog, but they were happy.

For appetizers, we liked the market greens salad and crab cakes. DH liked the grapefruit cake, and DS and I were pretty happy with the creme brulee. My son tried creme brulee everywhere he could and pronounced Brown Derby's the best.

We really enjoyed our meal there and will return.

For this one time, money is not an issue. I know - how can I say that when I am not made of it. I was just able to secure a deal. :)

And it was the nicest restaurant available for the offer.

Caught me on it. It is very much a reference to Wedding Crashers. I have actually never had the food. :confused3

We thought Brown Derby had the best food of any place we ate! It was amazing. DH had the steak, I had the ahi tuna, which I highly recommend. I got the crabcake appetizer, which was sooo good! For dessert DH got the flourless chocolate cake and I got the grapefruit cake, both of which were to die for! Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.

We have always had great food and service at BD. That's one reason we keep going back.

Just so you know the menu on allears is older. Here's a link to a newer one:

In June there was also a grouper dish that was a summer version of the allears one. It was really really good. Just realized its under the lunch menu on that link above but when we were there they had it at dinner. My dad loves the pork chops and gets them everytime. Dh always gets the steak dish which has never disappointed.
