Brooklynn takes Bella to meet Cinderella! Page 242 Downtown Disney

Okay, Miss Ariel is such a doll!!! I bet she had some bright pink bathwater again after Trunk or Treat! :rotfl2:

If I must! ;)

Such little guys! This year it's all about superheroes here: a Batman and a Spiderman. I think Aileen is going to do Winnie the Pooh, unless I think of something else before Saturday.

Brandy bought the costumes off of ebay.
Maybe they used to be yours?!?!?

The boys look very cute. Can't wait to see what Miss Aileen looks like on her first Halloween!

I think I feel cheated -- our room at CBR had Celebration cups -- cute, but I would have loved some Halloween-themed ones. I did nab the 15 Celebration ones left in our room though. I like your idea of using them for cookie decorating! :thumbsup2

I was happy to see the Halloween ones, and of course I had to have a little touch of Disney represented at our station. :)

Jill told her it was time to make the water all pinkalicious again. That was her third time to do that. She had a trial run on the spray at home, did it for real at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, then did it again at Trunk or Treat. Saturday will be her final time, and then she can go back to being a blonde for good. :thumbsup2

Just for fun, since it is going to be a while before we get to this report, I thought I would share the souvenirs I got on this trip.

I found some new CD's...for Brooklynn, of course. ;)

Beads that were given to us at POFQ.

I can't stand to look at them all trapped inside there. I have them in the back room with the door closed so that they don't haunt me.

I needed another magnet for school, and I got Brandy the Nemo and Squirt pins in honor of her two little guys.

That's it. Normally I will get Brooklynn some kind of toy, but she has so many things already, and since we both said this would be a budget trip, we stuck to that. She got a bag of Goofy's sour gummy worms somewhere along the way. Jill may remember if she got anything else from me. Jill bought her a light up swirly Minnie during MNSSHP. I don't think she got much in the way of souvenirs either. She bought a Halloween shirt and a charm, I know, but I'm not sure about anything else.

Those CDs look so great... and I think Brooklynn would much prefer to go to WDW than get stuff!

I am with you... not a fan of Halloween... but I loved our Disney Halloween trip!

That's a nice loot you got there. Nice C.Ds:thumbsup2 Of course they are for Brooklyn. ;) I think I might get a few this trip. For the kids of course.:cool2:
I love all those pins. Emily has the nemo and squirt ones. I could go very broke on pins.:rotfl2:

I just took a short break from a research paper to Dis a bit, and am I glad I did!!!! My mouth dropped open like a kid on Christmas when I saw this Parks Holiday Medley CD. This will most definitely be accompanying us home from our trip......in 48 days! :cool1: 48! I have a paper to write! :scared1:

Thank you for the pictures, Memom!

I love the idea of the test track pin I have one for splash mountin

Cute things, I am so wanting a Wishes and 4 Parks One World Cd. That holiday one looks great!

I love the idea of getting pins for every new thing that happens on your trips.

Eeeeek...the toys must be set free!

I love all the souveniers! I need some of the "park" CD's.

Great idea to buy pins that represent special memories from a trip, good way to not go overboard.....I find it hard to choose from so many!

One day I will hold on of those MNSSHP brochures in my hand....:) Thanks for sharing.

Trunk or Treat is such a neat idea! I loved how you put the cookie toppings into WDW cups. (if they were left out, I would have taken them too ;))

Brooklynn's costume is so adorable, I love all the details.

Where did that green smiley come from at the start of my response???? (maybe there is a cult......)

Hey Memom,
Thanks for the pictures! Could you post a picture of the back of the Christmas CD - it looks like something I might really need :goodvibes Thanks!!!

Baby toys.

Disneygirlstripend10-09025.jpg

thanks again. ;)

by the way, i have some good friends who are on their way down there right now. NONE of them have ever been before! and the kids don't know where they're going. they have a 9yo son and a 6yo daughter. they're gonna be so excited!!! oh, and they're staying at your home away from home, pop century. check out this MADDENING schedule!

3:00 a.m. this morning - they left their house to drive down
11:00 a.m. - check in at pop (if their room isn't ready they are gonna hang out by the pool and grab lunch)
4:00 p.m. - MNSSHP (how's that for an introduction to MK?)
tomorrow - MK all day
thursday morning - check out of pop
thursday - DHS all day
after fantasmic - hit the road!

i can't believe they are gonna drive home after fantasmic, but she says that's normal for them. they didn't have much money to work with so they had to do a short and sweet trip, but i'm just glad they're getting to go. i'm excited for them!

Thanks for sharing all your souvies, MeMom! You got some great stuff! I'm wtih everyone else, love the idea of the Holiday music CD!! You'll have to let us know how it is!!!:cloud9:

I do what you do, I buy my boys pins, too, for everything new we do.....Soarin', etc. It's fun and a nice souvie for the kids to remember. Love it!!

I have the toys here, too, we have the Nemo, Buzz/Woody, Incredibles set.....my boys love them, Cole is playing with them as we "speak" he saw your post and was on a mission to find ours. They are fun!! And I'm with you, they need out of that bag.....lol!!;)

I think my favorite souvenirs I have bought at Disney are the music CDs. I love listening to them in my car and going to my happy place! :thumbsup2

I love my Disney music too! I listen to it in the car even when DD is not with me! My DH thinks that makes me a dork but I don't care!:lmao:

I like your souvenirs, especially the pins. I am kind of addicted to pins. My kids and I love to trade pins. I just wish they were cheaper. At least you can find trader pins on ebay.

I hope there are many updates to read when I return from WDW next week.

I have two minutes for replies before I pick the kids up from Music. :)

Oh, I am liking the looks of that Disney Parks Holiday Medley -- I bet there is some good stuff on it!

Some of it is regular singing and some songs are by the Disney characters.

Those CDs look so great... and I think Brooklynn would much prefer to go to WDW than get stuff!

I am with you... not a fan of Halloween... but I loved our Disney Halloween trip!

Brooklynn loves her Disney World! She wanted to go on Sunday.

Yep, Disney Halloween isn't just any Halloween.

I've been lurking MeMom, but very busy at work!! We are so excited about our August trip, I'm giving you the dates now so maybe you guys can end up there at the same time?? lol

August 13-15th - Universal's Hard Rock Hotel
August 15th-22nd - Polynesian

I want those CD's

I think my mom and I have settled on April instead of Feb. For a few reasons. We don't want to go when Splash Mountain is closed; it's our favorite. Another reason...if we went in April we'd have more time to save up money so we could go all out :) AND our birthdays are in April. Mine's the 30th and hers is the 29th(I was a birthday present apparently :rotfl:). That's a few days after we'd get back but we don't mind not being there on the exact date. We've never gone for our birthdays so we're excited  The only problem is...April is so far away :lmao:
