broker fees + closing cost sound high to you?

Update: I have asked the broker to withdraw my offer. With a lot of thinking, I decided it best to pursue another 120 or so pts at our home BLT, thus keeping our bookings simpler. We don't do F&W so I don't really think we need to own pts at BWV, it seems as if when we switch to booking 1 bd rooms as our kids grow, it will be easier to book at 7 months than a studio. Doing a little math, it would have cost a lot more anyway in MF if we got the BWV pts, so maybe waiting out for a nice BLT contract will work out better for us. Glad you are comfortable with your decision and to be honest, what you were paying was close to what BLT goes for these days and it has 18 years longer on it than BWV.

When I was adding on last year, those 100 to 120 contracts did show up..I ended up with a 100 one so be patient and keep your eyes out!
