Broken toy purchased at Disney, who to contact?

Help!

My Brother and SIL bought my daughter one of those light up spinner toys while at the World in October. It stopped spinning, so we replaced the batteries. My husband took it apart and the knob inside that controls the spinning is cracked in half.

Is there anywhere to contact to see if we can get this replaced? I also haven't been to the Disney Store in ages to see if they carry this, but I thought the DS was owned by TCP now and is a separate entity.
