broken thread

not able to post a reply on 1 thread in particular, the thread does not seem to be locked but i have tried all day to post and can't. All other thread have been a-okay. The thread is on resorts, it is dreamflights99 swan and dolphin tips.

I'm having a similar problem on the Budget Board with the thread, "How Strict is Disney with the Under 3 Rule ?" I tried ALL DAY yesterday to post a reply, but, after hitting "submit reply", it would stall. I hit the refresh button, and the stop button a bunch of times, to no avail. In the meantime, I'm receiving e-mails of other replies to this thread, but when I click on the "newpost", I am sent to the last reply from 2/18(which I was trying to reply to). Now I can't even find this thread on the Budget Board (yet people are posting replies to it). Have I been locked out of this thread?? Help !!!
